Is Christianity a Subscription to Stupidity, Mediocrity or Poverty?

Don’t be so heavenly minded to the point of being earthly useless.

Some Christians will rather fast for 40 days to “seek God” for a solution to their financial problems or marriage problems or joblessness than spend 3 days to read a book on financial literacy, marriage literacy, or any book on how to find a job or how to create their own employment….

Some will rather pay $500 to a prophet to diagnose/solve their problem than to buy a book for $20 on the topic of their problem or spend $5 dollar worth of data on Google search…. 😥

Yes, its wonderful to pray, read the Bible and seek spiritual guidance 👌….but also take the initiative to learn how the economy works. Learn about interest rates, taxes, inflation, new technologies, etc.

When Will Smith’s marriage hit rock bottom, he read 50 books on marriage and relationships in two years. Today, his marriage is one of the BEST in Hollywood.

Economic freedom is different from spiritual freedom. You can be spiritually rich and economically bankrupt. Christianity is not a subscription to stupidity, mediocrity or poverty.

Don’t be so heavenly minded to the point of being earthly useless. You are still breathing for a reason and that reason isn’t only to fast and pray. You have something to give to the world. Its time to step out and stop hiding in prayer rooms and prayer mountains. Develop yourself and broaden your knowledge across different fields.

The bible says “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed…” Faith without works is Dead!”

Some will argue that the bible has “EVERYTHING” yet they went to school to study Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, Law, Geography, etc….🤔

In my new book, 👉 Disrupt Yourself Or Be Disrupted I mentioned that “Personal development is the vehicle through which success and economic growth travel.”

As Socrates said, “Employ your time in improving yourself by other men’s writings so that you shall come easily by what others have labored hard for.”

Note: This is not an invitation to hurl insults Christianity of any other religion.

Let’s have a constructive conversation…
